Bett Padgett is a master storyteller through music. You may find her songs and stories connect you to some of your own recollections. She uses unconventional guitar tunings and capos, transitioning between claw-hammer banjo, mandolin, piano, and harp. She draws inspiration from Celtic, Old-time, New Age, Folk, and rock genres. She is an award-winning songwriter with her last three albums garnering spots #4 (“If I Catch My Dream 2017), #6 (“Turning Over Stones 2021”) and #11 (Beneath Blue Water 2024) on the FAI’s Folk Music DJ charts. Blending her love for traditional music with her sets, you may find yourself singing along! -
